This role provides executive-level IT support, serving as the primary technology contact for senior leaders. It focuses on resolving technical issues, supporting Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools, managing executive technology needs, delivering exceptional customer service, handling IT service requests and escalations, and ensuring security and compliance standards are maintained.
