Manufacturing Manager - B-52 CERP Company: Boeing Aerospace Operations Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a First Line Manufacturing Manager to support the B-52 Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP) Operations team in San Antonio, TX!

Responsibilities: Leads by demonstrating and holding all accountable to the Boeing Values and Behaviors Leads, develops and motivates employees Manages employees performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines Supports the development and execution of integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectives Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes First Line Leader Assessment: To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
