About The Team The Maneuver Dominance Division’s mission is to reboot Vertical Flight. Our portfolio of UAS are the cornerstone of these capabilities, and we continually strive to push the boundaries of what’s possible in endurance, autonomy and mission capability. The Maneuver Dominance Team develops and maintains core products and payloads and adapts and applies those products to serve a wide variety of defense, IC and commercial customers in US and international markets. About The Job We are seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Execution to join the Strategic Execution team in Washington DC or London, UK. This role will require you to:
Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Division Operations, and FP&A to manage pipelines, refine strategic reporting, planning processes, and resource prioritization that support aggressive growth targets Analyze top-line data, maintain TAM assignments, and translate sales pipeline demand into planning inputs to surface trends and enable data-backed decisions Proactively identify and address recurring business process challenges at the intersection of Business Development, Operations, and Finance, leveraging quantitative analysis to drive innovative, sustainable process improvements Leverage advanced data analysis to distill complex data into strategic narratives tailored for executive stakeholders, enabling faster and more informed decision-making Execute on multiple special projects at once across an array of areas as they arise
Required Qualifications
You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences Demonstrated high-energy, high-ownership individual who will drive performance and exhibit strong management skills with a high level of emotional intelligence. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environment, and be able to build, adapt, and implement new and innovative approaches to market. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, framing analytical problems, and taking ownership of cross-functional projects from start to finish You have an aptitude for rapid learning and assimilating new information to swiftly become proficient in unfamiliar subject areas and technologies You’re highly detail oriented and data-driven You’re tactical and don’t only sit at a 30,000 foot level You have 4-10 years of varied experience in an operating role at a high-growth company, or in finance or consulting You have experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with international government business development, government contract structures, and government proposal processes Prior military or contracting experience, or experience in Government US Salary Range $166,000 - $220,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
