Standard Job Description 
 You will be the C-130 Final Assembly Manager - Level 5 for the Final Assembly, Trim, Engine Shop and Component Paint team which is responsible for delivering high‑quality C130J aircraft.

As the C-130 Final Assembly Manager - Level 5 you will be responsible for leading culture, safety, FOD, quality, cost and schedule obligations for a 130‑person team on the C130J program. Your responsibilities will include: Drive a safety‑first culture and enforce FOD‑control standards.    Ensure product quality meets stringent aerospace requirements.    Manage cost performance and drive continuous improvement.    Maintain schedule fidelity and mitigate delivery risks.    Mentor and develop both salaried staff and artisans/mechanics. Marietta, GA This position is in Marietta, GA Discover Marietta. Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Basic Qualifications 
 Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive production challenges Experience developing and managing budget and quality performance Aircraft manufacturing leadership experience Experience working with a represented workforce as well as salaried personnel Experience building effective relationships and working with a cross function team; Engineering, Quality, Production Control, etc. Experience communicating with senior and executive leadership Management Operating System integration and operations experience Desired Skills
