Agency: BBDO Job Function: Account Management and Growth Job Subfunction: Account Management Job Description: As a Business Manager at BBDO Chicago, you serve as a primary coordinator between clients and internal teams, managing projects from initiation through delivery. You ensure clear communication, accurate documentation, quality control, and effective project execution while supporting creative development, production processes, and budget management. Things you’ll do: Earn the confidence of and maintain a strong working rapport with clients . Manage multiple projects from start to finish . Maintain regular updates of project and client documentation. Assist with leading client review meetings, monitor revisions to creative, and communicate necessary updates to the internal team. Capture notes in internal and client meetings that summarize key actions and responsibilities. Acts as a gatekeeper for all client - facing materials and provide final quality control review before items are submitted to the client. Develop important legal documents for campaigns for client and internal approvals. Develop a comprehensive summary of client discussion/agreements and ensure the agency takes appropriate and timely action . Effectively support the creative process by coordinating logistics and timing, while monitoring budget implications associated with development. Organize and participate in production meetings. Prepare materials for production and troubleshoot issues throughout the production process. Maintain an orderly structure of shared servers. Begin to understand budget management, financial impact , and timelines to ensure delivery of projects on time. Begin to understand the meaning and impact of key financial measures and how to use financial analysis to evaluate opportunities. Thin g s we are looking for: You bring a team - first mentality.  $55,000 - $70,000 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
