Enterprise Applications Manager

The Systems Manager leads a team responsible for maintaining and implementing enterprise business applications that deliver strong business value. This role oversees application roadmaps, upgrades, vendor lifecycles, security and compliance requirements, and software maintenance. The Systems Manager drives modern development practices to support fast changing business needs, manages vendors and service providers, and collaborates closely with IT teams, business partners, project sponsors, and stakeholders to deliver successful technology initiatives. Partnering closely with Electric and Gas business units, the Systems Manager enables IT solutions that align with enterprise principles and business priorities. This role requires strong leadership across complex, cross functional projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust through transparency and inclusion. Success depends on a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, disciplined delivery methods, and a commitment to operational excellence, safety, integrity, and continuous improvement. This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.
