Project Role : Deployment Lead Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan. The role requires coordinating training sessions and pilot programs while ensuring that all resources are effectively allocated. Continuous collaboration with various project teams is essential to align deployment activities, manage dependencies, and oversee progress to meet project goals. This position demands a proactive approach to monitoring and controlling the deployment process to ensure seamless implementation and successful delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and refinement of deployment strategies to optimize project outcomes. - Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse teams to ensure smooth execution of deployment activities. - Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance overall team performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management. - Strong knowledge of deployment methodologies and project management principles related to SAP SuccessFactors. - Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex project interdependencies. - Ability to analyze deployment metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. - Skilled in resource planning and budget management within large-scale technology projects. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
