The FS HRBP team is hiring a Principal Associate to support key HR priorities for Emerging Talent.  This team focuses on the end-to-end talent strategy for early-career professional programs, including undergraduate and graduate hires.   To help us continue unleashing greatness, you will step into a dynamic role where your ideas shape the associate journey. Here is what you will be doing: Elevate the Onboarding Experienc e: Partner with business leaders to design and launch programs that help our newest hires hit the ground running from day one. Bring Learning to Life : Create engaging presentations, communications, and training materials and lead sessions with students and grads as well as people leaders. Build Career Pathways : Create targeted development programs that grow critical skills, support career progression, and future-proof our teams. Champion Early-Career Talent : Lead performance management, promotion cycles, and talent reviews specifically tailored for our analyst and graduate cohorts.
