Senior technical Lead

Prodapt is part of the 130-year-old business conglomerate The Jhaver Group, which employs over 32,000 people across 80+ locations globally.   We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor engineers while collaborating with product, architecture, QA, DevOps, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities Lead the technical design and development of complex applications and services. Define architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices. Provide hands-on technical leadership across the development lifecycle. Review code and ensure quality, scalability, security, and performance. Break down complex requirements into technical solutions and development tasks. Mentor and guide developers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions. Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders. Participate in estimation, sprint planning, technical discussions, and solution reviews. Troubleshoot critical production issues and drive root-cause analysis. Support CI/CD, cloud adoption, automation, monitoring, and engineering excellence initiatives. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.

Strong experience in software design, architecture, and development. Excellent knowledge of [Java/.NET/Python/Node.js/etc.] and relevant frameworks. Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, databases, cloud, CI/CD, and distributed systems . Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and containerization technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes. Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with Git and modern DevOps practices. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience designing highly scalable and high-availability systems. Knowledge of security, observability, performance engineering, and cloud-native architectures.
