As a Business Operations Analyst at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Global Planning & Operations organization. Leveraging strong analytical methodologies, you will provide data-driven insights that enable decision-makers to address gaps, resolve issues, and achieve critical business objectives. What you’ll do
In this role, you will evaluate business performance across the Global Planning & Operations organization, assess business processes, and identify root causes of performance challenges. Your work will directly support continuous improvement initiatives, enable informed business decisions, and deliver measurable operational results.
Track and report operational performance against targets.
Lead regular operations reviews to ensure adherence to established KPIs.
Identify gaps and connect them to systems and processes.
Assess risks and highlight potential issues.
Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Communicate process gaps across local and global teams.
Drive process improvements across functions.
Ensure adherence to analytics standards. Lead and coordinate complex cross-functional intiatives to completion.
An ideal Operations Analyst is

Strong executive presentation skills Who we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field, with 7 years experience; or 5 years experience with a Master's degree; or Ph.D with no experience. Seven (7) years of experience in business operations, operational performance management, program management, or a related role. Excellent verbal and written communication with experience influencing stakeholders. Demonstrated success working in fast-paced global working environment. Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders. Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support. Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and other analytics tools
