What You Will Do
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support the Talent Acquisition organization with administrative functions. Provide end to end services for all RTX candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience during their hiring process. Track candidates through the hiring process and facilitate processing of background checks, drug screens, conflict of interest reviews, etc. to ensure timely completion of HR pre-employment requirements. Effectively update recruiters and managers on the status of the candidates they are Onboarding including any potential roadblocks and/or delays. Utilize SOP to process assigned work and goals. Maintain compliance with TA/HR policies and procedures. Other tasks upon request Qualifications You Must Have HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. 2+ years of recent administrative/customer service experience Experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Qualifications We Prefer Previous experience working in a high volume, fast past environment. Previous experience working in shared service model and/or supporting Talent Acquisition administrative activities. Working knowledge of ATS (ie Workday), Onboarding systems & Case Management Systems (Ie. Work Location: This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Cedar Rapids, IA.
