The A2R DPS Analyst supports all financial processes within GSF scope related to the business transitions, divestitures and/or acquisitions projects. The role requires a high level of motivation and confidence, the ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management Support the deployment of specific finance projects with focus on the global services tier, including, supporting Operation teams as needed To complete the deployment plan, specific to the region or global process supported, for each GS / Finance Strategic Program that needs to be stood up in the region Accountable for a smooth transition to new operating model with minimal disruption to the operations Collaborator focus, adaptable to the needs of the business Accountable for issue and risk resolution & partner concern to management where required Handle interdependencies with other initiatives, local and global Ensure team members have the appropriate skills, supporting tools and technologies to enable them to deliver excellent customer service Provide leadership, mentor, training and guidance to team, so they can proactively carry out their role to the highest possible standard Continuously ensure alignment of project initiatives with the global design Optimally supervise multiple projects concurrently Qualifications Education A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Required 2 to 5 years of working experience in Finance Project management experience desired Deployment, solutions, organizational change experience desired Familiar with General Finance Principles and Processes May have responsibilities for managing indirect teams or contingent labor, as project needs arise Professional proficiencies Strong leadership skills to lead and collaborate with a team with a defined area of responsibility Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to work and grow in the role Trusted business partner Able to adapt to changing environment Results and solution driven Successful experience of working within virtual teams Functional proficiencies Strong project management, transition and knowledge transfer experience Ability to plan and coordinate multiple and sophisticated deployment activities Understanding of J&J Finance processes Ability to assess business readiness for successful transition Preferred Strong ability to manage deadlines, assess and communicate risk. Six Sigma, FPX, Process Leadership, Project Management skills desired. Technologically savvy, proven record of systems deployment successes. Familiar with various Finance Operational Processes (A2R, ITC, etc.) Digital/ intelligent automation capabilities.
