About This Role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant (Associate) to support the business management, strategic planning, and day-to-day operations of Corporate Banking within the Corporate & Investment Bank. This position sits within the CIB Banking Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) Office and supports the bankers and executives who lead our Corporate Banking coverage industries, including Financial Institutions, Consumer & Retail, Healthcare, Energy & Power, Industrials, Technology, Banks, and Media & Telecommunications (“TMT”). The role coordinates with partners across Wells Fargo — including Investment Banking, Treasury Management, Macro, Credit, Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources — to deliver project execution and strategic analyses that leverage financial, client profitability, and market share data. The position will be critical to implementing the overall Corporate Banking coverage vision and strategy across a dynamic, growing platform. This is a hybrid role with some in office expectation. In this role, you will: The Senior Business Execution Consultant will work directly with Corporate Banking COOs, Group Heads, and Industry Heads to establish and track business and client priorities, run recurring business rhythms, and translate data into decisions for senior management. The role is core to running the day-to-day operations of the business, including client prioritization, relationship manager coverage, pipeline and deposit tracking, and analysis of sales and performance metrics. The role will collaborate with the COO team to execute on activities including but not limited to: Support Corporate Banking COOs, Group Heads, and Industry Heads on business planning, sales planning, and analysis of client, banker, and portfolio performance across coverage industries Own recurring reporting rhythms, including monthly and quarterly industry packages, banker scorecards, KPI reporting, and executive presentations for CIB and Wells Fargo senior management Lead pipeline management and reporting across credit, deposits, treasury management, and capital markets opportunities — tracking stage progression, conversion, and revenue realization against goals Analyze deposits, loan commitments, capital usage, revenue, and profitability by client, industry, and banker using internal client profitability, loan tracking, and financial reporting systems Play a key role in the account planning process, including client tiering, prioritization of target relationships, preparation of session materials, and tracking takeaways through to completion Maintain accuracy and integrity of relationship manager coverage assignments, client hierarchies, and CRM pipeline data, including preparation for monthly system snapshots that drive scorecards and goal reporting Analyze performance by industry and banker leveraging internal CRM (Salesforce.com) and third-party data providers such as Dealogic and Coalition for wallet share and competitor benchmarking Plan and lead recurring pipeline, initiative, and business review meetings,
