Design, develop, and maintain data products, AI-enabled applications, dashboards, and automation solutions using Python, SQL, cloud technologies, and modern development frameworks. Build and support Generative AI solutions that automate knowledge-intensive processes, document generation, information extraction, workflow assistance, and decision support. Develop and maintain data pipelines, APIs, integrations, and backend services that enable reliable and scalable delivery of data and AI products. Design and implement solutions that integrate data from enterprise systems, including clinical, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and operational platforms. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for automation, and translate business problems into technical solutions. Build user-facing applications and interfaces that enable business users to access data, insights, AI capabilities, and operational workflows. Develop tools that improve operational efficiency by reducing manual work, standardizing processes, and enhancing data accessibility. Partner with data engineers, architects, digital technology teams, and business subject matter experts to deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions. Support the full product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and sustainment. Apply data science, analytics, and AI techniques to generate insights, improve business processes, and support operational decision-making. Establish and promote best practices for software development, AI development, source control, testing, documentation, and solution governance. Ensure solutions meet data quality, compliance, validation, and governance requirements in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Communicate technical concepts, project updates, recommendations, and business value effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and digital approaches to identify opportunities for innovation and business impact.
