Facilities Coordinator- JLL What this job involves: As a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you'll be the operational backbone of our client's workplace, ensuring every detail of the facility runs seamlessly day in and day out. This role goes beyond basic coordination — you'll be a trusted partner to Site and Facility Managers, actively supporting maintenance operations, vendor oversight, occupancy services, and client relationship management. You'll conduct daily walkthroughs, respond to work orders with urgency and care, and proactively identify opportunities to elevate service excellence. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and in this position, you'll work collaboratively with colleagues across facilities management, engineering, and project management to create an exceptional workplace experience. From managing site amenities and coordinating events to maintaining emergency response plans and ensuring compliance with all safety standards, you'll play a critical role in shaping environments where our clients and their teams can succeed. What your day-to-day will look like: • Conduct daily facility walkthroughs to ensure a clean, organized, and fully functional workplace environment while identifying opportunities for operational improvements • Respond to all work orders promptly with a focus on KPI compliance and exceptional customer service, tracking each request through to completion • Schedule and manage repairs, maintenance activities, and minor works projects while coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers to minimize disruption • Serve as the site point of contact for amenities coordination including fitness facilities, food services, transportation, conference room management, and event support • Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, compliant delivery of services while overseeing vendor performance and tracking service level agreements • Maintain accurate records and documentation including work orders, equipment inventories, emergency response plans, vendor contracts, and building access management systems • Respond to urgent facility issues and emergencies following established protocols, ensuring all services meet contractual obligations and applicable safety regulations Required qualifications: • HS diploma or GED • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or related operational fields • Superior customer service skills with the ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure, fast-paced environments • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing competing priorities and rapidly evolving client needs • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn computerized maintenance management systems • Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and flexible with strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence Preferred qualifications: • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Maximo, Corrigo, or similar platforms • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities operations, and vendor
