Client Service Practice BNY’s Client Service Practice delivers a high-quality, client-first experience across our businesses by supporting day-to-day service, issue resolution and ongoing client engagement. The 2027 Client Service Internship Program offers driven students hands-on exposure to the practice through strategic projects aligned to client support, service delivery, onboarding, reporting, process improvement and relationship management. In a fast-paced environment, interns will gain insight into BNY’s client service model, collaborate across business, operations and technology teams, and build the communication, analytical and problem-solving skills needed to help deliver timely, accurate and effective client outcomes.

Support the resolution of client inquiries by gathering facts, coordinating with partners, and helping move issues to closure. Track service metrics, commitments, and trends to help teams identify what is working and where the experience can improve. Assist with onboarding, transitions, and process updates that make it easier for clients to do business with BNY. Work across operations, service, and relationship teams to keep communication clear and next steps on track.
