Job Title Sales Enablement Analyst (Plymouth, MN) Job Description At Philips, the Sales Enablement Analyst tackles challenges and solves them using a methodical approach, delivering quality results through detail-oriented project management. They deliver data insights and perform analyses through methodical and rigorous quality control processes in their day to day activities to ensure 100% accurate support to the sales team. They enjoy working with multiple teams to connect business strategy and execution and their in-depth knowledge of business processes makes them a trusted advisor in the Inage-Guided Therapy Devices segment.
Your role
Provide guidance to the sales team, performing a wide-range of activities and tasks with various degrees of complexity, including providing reports and other related information Proactively support sales strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate, and timely business information to drive decisions and issue resolution Execute daily order management; tracking discrepancies for follow-up, research and resolve problems with orders, customer accounts or other related issues Incorporate quality control procedures into day to day activities, execute inventory process controls including expiration management and lot/product tracking Provide direction internally & externally according to established policies to frequently resolve a variety of issues Research product history for compliance to regulatory policies, review data and interpret results to make informed decisions, Identify key issues and patterns and implement solutions to correct You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in customer support. Medical device experience preferred. Your skills include working with sales teams, business intelligence, data visualization, and CRM tools. Proficiency with Excel macros, and the ability to learn advanced decision support analytical tools. You have a bachelor’s degree. You’re an organized professional with the ability to successfully work cross-functionally in a complex matrix environment with competing priorities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office role. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
