About the team and the role: We are looking for a Product Manager, Exports to help drive eBay’s Exports program from Dreilinden. Our goal is to make international selling as simple as domestic selling by creating seamless, reliable cross-border shipping experiences that connect sellers with more buyers around the world. In this role, you will shape the product strategy and delivery of managed exports solutions, helping unlock more global inventory, improve buyer trust, and create greater transparency around shipping costs and delivery expectations. You will work across product, engineering, design, analytics, operations, and business teams to simplify complex international shipping processes, including customs, duties, and returns. With a focus on Germany and broader EU/EMEA opportunities, you will help expand eBay’s cross-border capabilities while balancing customer needs, operational efficiency, and business impact. What you will accomplish: Own the product strategy and roadmap for key areas of eBay’s Exports program, prioritizing opportunities that simplify international buying and selling, increase adoption, and deliver measurable business impact. Improve global inventory visibility and shipping eligibility, helping more sellers reach international buyers and creating opportunities to increase conversion. Develop scalable product experiences across listing, checkout, shipping costs, customs, duties, delivery, and returns, making cross-border transactions clearer and more reliable for buyers and sellers. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, operations, compliance, and business teams to translate complex requirements into clear product plans and deliver solutions across web, mobile, and platform experiences. Support expansion into new markets and shipping corridors, particularly across Germany and the broader EU/EMEA region, ensuring product quality, operational readiness, and regulatory requirements are considered. Collaborate with internal teams and external operational partners to improve shipping economics, pricing competitiveness, exception handling, and overall program efficiency. Define and track key performance indicators, using customer insights and data to improve seller adoption, buyer conversion, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
What you will bring

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, analytics, and operations, to take products from initial concept through launch and ongoing improvement. Strong product judgment and systems thinking, with the ability to turn complex or ambiguous challenges into clear requirements, priorities, and actionable plans. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide product decisions, measure outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement. Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to align diverse teams, manage dependencies, and influence senior stakeholders. An understanding of customer experience, technical constraints, and operational processes, with the
