The Global Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team is the strategic bridge between TikTok’s advertising partners and our Product teams. Responsibilities: - Support go-to-market initiatives for the Marketplace business by helping with research, analysis, planning, and execution of programs that drive adoption of Smart+ Catalog Ads. - Help Marketplace partners adopt the unified Asset Manager by supporting onboarding, identifying common challenges, and helping partners get more value from their product catalogs and creative assets. - Gather customer and sales team feedback to help Product and Engineering teams understand Marketplace needs, including SKU management, APIs, signal quality, and measurement. - Partner with regional and cross-functional teams across the Americas, Europe, and APAC to support global Marketplace initiatives and share learnings across markets. - Analyze campaign and Marketplace performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas where advertisers may be able to improve performance through better signals, creative, or measurement.
