Job Description
Role Summary Own the systematic rollout of growth initiatives across the strategic account portfolio. This is a delivery-heavy, tech-first PM role: you will operationalize commercial and growth programs at scale, drive adoption across 150+ accounts, and turn strategy into tracked, measurable execution with single-threaded accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end rollout of strategic growth initiatives across 150+ accounts — from design intake through pilot, scale, and steady-state adoption. Build and run the program governance layer: milestone tracking, RAID logs, adoption dashboards, and exception-based escalation to leadership. Translate growth strategy into structured execution plans with clear owners, cadences, and success metrics per account/segment. Instrument every initiative with data — define KPIs, build tracking, surface adoption gaps, and report verdict-first status to senior leadership. Coordinate across LCPs, GRMs, Unit Heads, sales enablement to remove blockers and enforce cadence compliance. Stand up scalable, lightweight tooling (trackers, automation, AI-assisted workflows) over heavy process — bias toward minimum viable rollout. Manage interdependencies across concurrent initiatives, sequencing rollouts to avoid account-team overload. Run weekly operating rhythm: pipeline of initiatives, at-risk accounts, and next-action plans.
Required Qualifications
8+ years in program/project management running complex, multi-stakeholder programs at enterprise scale. Demonstrated track record rolling out initiatives across large account/business-unit portfolios. Strong technical fluency — comfortable specifying, evaluating, and deploying tooling and automation; fluent with AI-led workflow enablement. Strong data analytics capability — can build and interpret dashboards, model adoption/gap analysis, and drive decisions from data (Excel/BI tools essential; SQL/Python a plus). Proven stakeholder management up to CXO level; able to influence without authority. PMP / Agile / equivalent certification preferred.
