This role involves collaborating with BMS and JLL colleagues and lab management to maintain a safe and clean environment. What your day-to-day will look like: Transport laboratory glassware to and from designated wash and pick-up areas within laboratories and between buildings Perform customized cleaning and processing of various laboratory equipment glassware Autoclave media, water, and labware as requested Update work-related documentation as needed Comply with all regulations and good documentation practices Maintain strict attention to safety and quality Collaborate with other employees to achieve departmental and company goals Ensure accurate and timely execution of activities and results Assist in other lab services operations as directed or needed Desired or preferred experience and technical skills: Previous experience in a clinical, research, or lab setting At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred Relevant training and certifications Required Skills and Experience: High school diploma or GED Proficiency in the use of computer programs/systems Demonstrated experience in a safe, team-based, high-performance, quality-driven environment Adequate skills to perform required job functions with minimal supervisio Physical ability to perform field work requiring frequent walking, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and carrying materials Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Location: Onsite This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 45,000.00 – 49,920.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
