Here's how a  Building Systems Coordinator  for PCL Constructors Canada Inc. within Ottawa contributes to our team:   Responsibilities

Assist project teams to plan, schedule, and coordinate all on-site mechanical and electrical activities, and coordinate the construction execution with all building systems trades for compliance to drawings, specifications, quality, and schedule.  Assist with coordination drawing process.  Reads and understands the building systems trade contractor quality-management programs. Witnesses on-site field testing and records results.  Assist project team with building systems commissioning document deliverables.  Attends management and architect meetings related to building systems.  Adheres and supports internal safety programs.  Effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.  Develops and maintains strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders.  Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Tradesperson or post-secondary diploma/degree in a related discipline (e.g., mechanical, electrical, controls) is preferred.  Must hold, or be eligible to obtain and maintain, a Government of Canada security clearance at the Reliability Status level. Some co-op or relevant experience in a construction environment preferred.  Basic knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems.  Familiarity with construction progress and sequencing.  Effective verbal and written communications skills.  Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work in a face-paced environment.  Planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks with conflicting deadlines, and delegate tasks.  Ability to quickly adapt and become proficient with new software.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.  The estimated salary range for this role is $65,110 to $84,260 ,  based on your experience and qualifications.
