Demand Generation Operations Manager

Overview: This role drives operational excellence across Demand Generation for the Americas, with a focus supporting Latin America. You will partner closely with regional marketing, Sales Operations, and BDR teams to improve demand generation and sales performance, data quality, and pipeline outcomes. At Genesys, we are transforming the customer experience landscape through AI-powered orchestration and empathetic engagement, and this role plays a key part in scaling that impact across emerging markets. You will act as a trusted operational partner, advising on strategy and improving efficiency through execution across the Demand Generation engine. This position reports to the Senior Demand Generation Operations Manager, Americas and provides critical regional support while aligning to global DG Ops standards.

Support regional Demand Generation performance by managing weekly and monthly operating cadences with regional marketing, Sales Operations, and BDR teams Drive alignment across Americas stakeholders to improve pipeline gen, engagement, and conversion Partner with regional marketing leadership to support execution of strategic initiatives, QBRs, and regional planning processes Monitor and improve account, contact, and lead data flows to enhance data quality and enable effective inbound, outbound, and account-based marketing motions Assist in BDR target tracking and performance reporting, ensuring visibility into key metrics and trends Identify operational inefficiencies and collaborate with global DG Ops teams to improve processes and increase campaign execution speed Act as a regional subject matter resource for DG tools and processes, supporting adoption and troubleshooting across teams Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields. SaaS experience strongly preferred Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, ABM and Sales Engagement platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights Understanding of Demand Generation and sales funnel processes Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed, global organization Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, with professional working proficiency in English Preferred Qualifications: Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or similar reporting solutions Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-changing environment Working at Genesys AI at enterprise scale  – Build, support and operate AI-powered technology used by more than 8,000 organizations worldwide. 150+ new AI features were released in the last fiscal year.
