 Specific Job Description: This position is for a Financial Analyst Staff (Level 4) on the Operations Finance team specifically supporting Program Quality. Our team is responsible for establishing cost baselines, performing Earned Value and variance analyses, and delivering financial performance insights to support the Program Quality function of MFC. The Financial Analyst Staff (Level 4) role will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial analysis that drives sound decision‑making across the Program Quality function. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop and maintain cost baselines and Estimates at Completion (EACs) for program execution budgets. Conduct Earned Value analysis and produce subsequent performance and variance reports. Perform staffing and headcount analysis and subsequent performance reporting. Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders: Program Quality Management, Program Management, and Program Finance to communicate financial results and recommendations. Identify improvement opportunities and assist in implementing corrective actions. This role offers direct impact on program cost management and the chance to work with a high‑performing, technically focused team.   Standard Job Description : Performs one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.). Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations. Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions. Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements. Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required. Basic Qualifications 
 Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance-related field or similar. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools: Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to obtain a security clearance. Experience with SAP ERP System. Desired Skills 
 Ability to create and deliver presentations to different levels of Management Experience using SAP S4 (Post 1LMX) ERP system Experience working with the MFC Manufacturing Programs and Manufacturing Sites Familiarity with MFC Products and Manufacturing Processes Experience working with and creating tableau dashboards CAM certified or Cost Management Experience Pay Information GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.
