The Partner AI Experience team is Workday’s dedicated investment in accelerating our most strategic GSI and Ecosystem partnerships. Working alongside the Global Partner Organization (GPO), this team serves as the technical, functional, and quantitative experts, providing the enablement infrastructure, product intelligence, and go-to-market support that allows our partners to build and sell Workday AI with confidence and speed. Each pod is aligned to a single strategic GSI or Ecosystem Motion and staffed with specialists across the oCIO, oCHRO, and oCFO domains, along with a dedicated Business Value Architect. The pod works across the partner’s solution consulting teams, architects, offering leaders, and value desks to ensure the partner’s Workday practice is equipped, differentiated, and positioned to grow.

As a Senior or Principal Partner AI Advisor (oCHRO) at the Solution Consultant level, you are a key functional expert within your pod for Workday’s Human Capital Management suite and its agentic AI capabilities. You help ensure the partner’s HCM-aligned teams — solution consultants, offering developers, and practice leads — have the depth of knowledge they need to position, demo, and build Workday-led HR and workforce AI solutions with confidence. Your work influences how the partner’s HCM practice thinks about and sells Workday, so that when talent, workforce, and HR transformation decisions are being made at clients, Workday’s capabilities are already part of the conversation. You will build expertise in Workday’s HCM roadmap and agentic AI capabilities, translate them into outcome-driven narratives, and support partners in articulating Workday’s differentiation when customers are evaluating platforms. This role aligns to the Solution Consultant job skills and core skills, with emphasis on functional domain knowledge, presales excellence, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Functional Practice Readiness Develop strong expertise in Workday HCM and agentic workforce capabilities and use it to enable partner HCM solution consultants and offering teams. Support efforts to provide partners early, deep visibility into Workday’s HCM roadmap and AI capabilities — including Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, and agentic workforce solutions — so they can confidently lead HR transformation conversations. Contribute to persona-based functional playbooks (CHRO, CPO, Head of Talent) that translate Workday’s capabilities into outcome-driven narratives partners can take into customer conversations.
