DESCRIPTION: The Senior Manager, Behavioral Marketing is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling behavioral marketing capabilities across BID Marketing. This role will lead behavioral programs that support loyalty, customer acquisition, competitive conversion, and other lifecycle-based plays. The role will work across GMD, RMD, Sales, and Brand, Messaging & Market Insights to drive adoption of behavioral marketing methods and ensure seamless implementation with Marketing, IT, Corporate eBusiness, Corporate Data Science, and Sales partners. This is an on-site position. Essential Functions Lead the development and execution of behavioral marketing programs across BID. Design and activate behavioral plays supporting customer acquisition, loyalty, competitive conversion, and related growth programs. Translate customer signals, audience data, and business priorities into actionable behavioral journeys and campaigns. Drive adoption of behavioral marketing capability across GMD, RMD, Sales, and Brand, Messaging & Market Insights. Coordinate with Marketing, IT, Corporate eBusiness, Corporate Data Science, and Sales to ensure smooth execution of behavioral plays. Partner with analytics and data teams to define audiences, triggers, journeys, testing approaches, and measurement. Support implementation of tools, processes, and playbooks that enable scalable adoption of the capability. Monitor program performance, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend improvements. Document best practices and enable repeatable execution across programs and markets.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in behavioral marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, audience targeting, or marketing automation. Experience working cross-functionally with business, technical, and commercial stakeholders. Strong project management and execution skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Experience in B2B, science-led, or complex marketing environments. Experience with customer data, segmentation, journey design, or marketing technology. Experience supporting implementation of cross-functional marketing and sales programs. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data science and digital teams. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
