About Eaton Mobility Group EMEA At Eaton, we're shaping the future of mobility through innovative power management and automotive technologies. Whether supporting product industrialization, supplier development, or strategic growth initiatives, you'll play a key role in bringing innovative products from concept to successful launch. Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time. What you’ll do: New Product Introduction (NPI) Lead supply chain activities from concept through product launch. Drive supplier selection, qualification, industrialization, and launch readiness. Manage product cost, sourcing decisions, and supply chain risks. Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to ensure successful launches. Pursuits & Product Line Growth Support strategic customer pursuits and business growth initiatives. Define sourcing strategies and lead RFQ and supplier negotiation activities. Drive cost competitiveness through supplier collaboration and Design-to-Cost initiatives. Build product cost models and support winning new business opportunities. Qualifications: Required Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Program Management or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or program management. Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs within a manufacturing environment. Fluent English. Preferred Experience in electronics, electrification, or automotive technologies. PMP or equivalent Project/Program Management certification. International and multicultural experience. Additional European language(s). Experience with SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Microsoft Project, and advanced Excel. Skills: Strong project and program management capabilities. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supplier management, and cost drivers. Strong analytical and financial acumen. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional and global teams. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on risk mitigation and continuous improvement.
