Responsabilitati : Monitorizeaza si coordoneaza activitatea reprezentantilor medicali si se asigura ca acestia fac cunoscute clientilor potentiali si actuali produsele aflate in promovare directa Urmareste realizarea planului de vanzari fata de target pentru fiecare membru al echipei in parte Organizeaza insotirea pe teren si pregateste echipa la standardele cerute avand in acelasi timp o documentatie de instruire Traseaza obiective si responsabilitati fiecarui membru al echipei. Obiectivele trasate trebuie sa fie relevante si realizabile Este responsabil de instruirea membrilor din echipa coordonata, precum si de evaluarea acestora Intocmeste lunar un raport referitor la evolutia pietei Controleaza utilizarea resurselor existente, exclusiv in interesul firmei . Cerinte : Domiciliul stabil in Bucuresti sau proximitate Rețea profesională solidă și credibilitate recunoscută în comunitatea oftalmologică, cu acces direct la principalii Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) din România Experienta manageriala min 5 ani in domeniul coordonarii echipelor de PM pe produse de Oftalmologie Flexibilitate și disponibilitate pentru deplasări regulate la nivel național, pentru colaborarea cu echipele interne și partenerii din diferite locații.
