Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) As Jabil continues to expand its operations in Osijek, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This role will be instrumental in partnering with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain talent, foster employee engagement, and support the successful execution of our people strategy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing support across key HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and HR operations. The role partners with business leaders to drive employee engagement, organisational effectiveness, and compliance with employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
Advise and support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, employee relations, performance management, and workplace issues. Manage employee relations matters and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities. Support compensation reviews, job evaluations, salary administration, and job description development. Coordinate and communicate employee benefit programmes and policy updates. Identify development needs and support learning, training, and organisational development initiatives. Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and workforce data through HR systems. Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders to deliver effective HR services. Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and implementation of regional and global HR initiatives. Ensure compliance with company security, safety, and data privacy requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in a generalist or HR business partnering role. Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. Experience in employee relations, recruitment, compensation, and HR operations. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office. Fluent in English and Croatian, both written and spoken.
