About this Role Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Growth Business Strategy Consultant to join our WIM Treasury Management Sales team. This role is responsible for supporting relationship managers, advisors, bankers and business leaders in driving Treasury Management and Banking growth initiatives. This role partners directly with WIM High Net Worth clients to assess their Treasury Management needs, recommend tailored banking and treasury solutions, and deliver product proposals that enhance client outcomes while increasing sales effectiveness across assigned markets. This role will partner with key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, enhance advisor productivity, and deliver strategic solutions that strengthen client engagement and business performance. In This Role, You Will: Lead or participate in business growth initiatives designed to increase client acquisition, deepen client relationships, and improve overall business performance. Partner with relationship managers, bankers, financial advisors, and business leaders to identify opportunities to enhance productivity and sales effectiveness. Serve as an individual contributor responsible for end‑to‑end account management and business development for a portfolio of Wealth & Investment Management High Net Worth clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision‑makers and stakeholders (e.g., family office management, accounts payable/receivable), acting as a trusted advisor on treasury management, liquidity, commercial card, and merchant processing solutions. Analyze market trends, client data, and business performance metrics to develop actionable growth strategies. Research and recommend business development approaches, client engagement tactics, and sales strategies to support market growth objectives. Develop and execute programs that promote client acquisition, retention, and wallet-share expansion. Consult with advisors and leadership teams on practice management, business development, and growth opportunities. Monitor results of growth programs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications Experience within Wealth & Investment Management, Private Banking, Trust, Brokerage, Wealth Advisory, or Financial Services. 4+ years’ experience in Treasury Management (roles such as a Sales Consultant, Sales Analyst, Dedicated Client Service Officer or Implementation Coordinator) Understanding of advisor productivity, sales effectiveness, practice management, and client acquisition strategies. Aptitude to quickly and effectively develop knowledge of products, pricing strategies, risk management, technical tools and sales processes. Experience supporting relationship managers, bankers, financial advisors, or business development teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience utilizing data to make strategic recommendations. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting the financial services industry. Experience developing and
