We have an opportunity for an Operational Excellence Manager. Reporting to the AbbVie Care Lead they will be responsible for driving governance, innovation, business transformation, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across AbbVie Care pograms. They will operate within AbbVie’s business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations across Canada. The mandate encompasses driving governance, innovation, and organizational transformation across AbbVie Care to ensure the organization remains scalable, effective, and positioned for future growth. As a strategic partner to leadership, they will lead the development of frameworks, capabilities, and operating models that enable informed decision-making, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and innovative solutions that enhance both organizational performance and the patient experience.

Lead the development and continuous evolution of governance frameworks, operating models, and decision-making processes across AbbVie Care. Establish and maintain standards, tools, and practices that promote consistency, transparency, accountability, and compliance. Support business planning, priority-setting, and portfolio governance activities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Identify and mitigate operational risks through proactive planning, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement. Evaluate and advance innovation opportunities, including digital solutions, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities that support organizational priorities. Lead transformation initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business impact. Partner with AbbVie Care leadership to support the development and execution of short and long-term organizational priorities. Translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps, business cases, recommendations, and executive-level materials that support decision-making. Facilitate cross-functional alignment to accelerate decision-making, remove barriers, and enable effective execution of key initiatives. Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and actionable insights to support organizational effectiveness, continuous improvement, and strategic decision-making Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position.
