Reporting to the Head of Transformation, this high-visibility role serves as the strategic bridge between business leaders and technical teams—translating real-world operational challenges into scalable, high-impact digital solutions across engineering, manufacturing, and support functions. Primary Responsibilities
Implement digital innovation projects: 45% Define/scope the operational needs Coordinate with the business and digital collaborators the solution definition, associated execution set-up, implementation planning and business case Lead the planning and execution of digital innovative projects Handle schedules and budgets to ensure on time, on-budget delivery of high-quality results. Monitor success and savings Ensure deployment of Analytics and Artificial Intelligence use cases in collaboration with the digital team Use data analytics to measure the impact of technological changes, identify areas of success and areas that require improvement Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement Ensure that all Digital Innovation initiatives are captured as part of the AHNA Digital Portfolio Facilitate AI Use Case Definition & Management: 35% Facilitate the identification of Artificial Intelligence Use Cases by partnering with business functions to translate complex real-world problems into clear project objectives. Coordinate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Support the project lifecycle for AI and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with AI Governance, budget, and timeline requirements. Collaborate across multi-functional teams—including data owners and engineers—to support the industrialization, deployment, and monitoring of models. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Digital team, ensuring project goals and business impacts are achieved. Stay informed on emerging AI trends to support strategic discussions and contribute to the internal Data Science community.
