Identifies recurring themes, facilitates root-cause analysis, documents corrective actions, and maintains follow-through until remediation is implemented, validated, and embedded in the operating model. Uses inquiry and issue trends to recommend process, control, data, training, and technology improvements consistent with governing agreements, applicable laws and regulations, and U.S. Bank policies and procedures.
