Risk Assessment & Workplace Health Programs Conduct and support workplace risk assessments across Head Office and retail stores. Identify occupational health risks and recommend preventive actions and corrective measures. Partner with stakeholders to improve workplace conditions and employee well-being. Monitor workplace health trends and provide recommendations based on data and risk analysis. Employee Health Management Manage employee health examination programs and follow-up activities. Provide health consultation and guidance for employees requiring health support. Coordinate occupational health initiatives, wellness programs, and preventive health campaigns. Support emergency preparedness and first-aid management processes. Mental Health & Employee Well-being Lead programs aimed at preventing work-related stress and occupational health issues. Support mental health initiatives and employee wellness programs. Manage preventive measures and response protocols for customer-facing employees exposed to verbal abuse or workplace stress. Promote a healthy and psychologically safe work environment. Training & Awareness Develop and deliver occupational health training and awareness programs. Conduct onboarding health and safety education for new employees. Partner with HR and business leaders to strengthen a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications

Required Certified Nurse (RN), Occupational Health Specialist, or other qualifications recognized under Korean Occupational Safety and Health regulations. Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in Occupational Health, Workplace Health & Safety, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Korean Occupational Safety and Health regulations and compliance requirements. Experience managing employee health examination programs and workplace health initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience in retail, consumer, or multi-site operations. Experience supporting Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems. Experience leading workplace risk assessments and health-related projects. Business English communication skills.
