Responsibilities - Support sales team to identify and follow up the key blockers in agency's onboarding process. - Summarize and categorize the key challenges and work with XFN partners to build solution SOP. - Provide weekly progress tracking and reporting support. - Follow up with XFN partners to deliver against project milestone.
