About the role : We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer / AI Engineer with 6+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI-driven solutions. This role will focus on intelligent automation, document intelligence, knowledge management, and enterprise-scale AI applications that drive operational efficiency and business value across the organization.

Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise business applications. Build and deploy applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) , Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, vector databases , and agent-based frameworks . Develop AI-powered solutions for document processing, information extraction, knowledge management, recommendation systems, virtual assistants, and conversational AI applications. Integrate AI applications with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, domain experts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions. Support the deployment, optimization, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI applications in production environments. Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and adoption across the organization.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or related technical disciplines. Strong proficiency in Python , Machine Learning , Natural Language Processing (NLP) , and Generative AI technologies. Hands-on experience with frameworks and platforms such as OpenAI , Google Gemini , LangChain , LangGraph , LlamaIndex , and vector databases including FAISS , Pinecone , ChromaDB , or similar technologies. Experience developing applications using FastAPI , RESTful APIs , SQL , and cloud platforms such as Azure , AWS , or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings , semantic search , AI agents , and agent orchestration frameworks. Experience with AI solution deployment, model evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or experience within the HVAC , refrigeration , or industrial engineering domains. Familiarity with engineering systems and components such as Compressors , Motors , Heat Exchangers , Valves , and related technical products. Experience working with engineering data, Bills of Materials (BOMs) , product structures, technical documentation, and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems. Experience developing AI solutions for engineering, manufacturing, product development, or digital transformation initiatives. Desired Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
