TA Business Partner

The Talent Business Partner will serve as a strategic talent advisor and program leader for Data Center hiring across multiple locations. This role will be the primary point of contact for hiring managers and business leaders, translating workforce needs into coordinated hiring plans and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for both leaders and candidates.

The role will partner closely with sourcing recruiters, who build and manage candidate pipelines. The Talent Business Partner will engage qualified candidates, communicate the Data Center value proposition, address concerns or barriers, and lead closing strategies through offer acceptance for roles across the Data Center organization.
