Role and Responsibilities Position Summary The Account Manager – Samsung Home Appliances is responsible for driving sales growth, market share, and profitability across select independent retail partners in the northeast territory. This role focuses on developing strong dealer relationships, executing brand strategies, and ensuring optimal product placement and training for Samsung Appliances. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a passion for premium consumer electronics and home appliances, capable of combining data-driven insights with field-level execution.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management: Manage and grow sales across assigned independent dealers and regional retail partners throughout the assigned area. Sales Growth & Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for Samsung appliance product lines, emphasizing profitability and market share expansion. Dealer Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers at dealer and distributor levels, including owners, buyers, and sales associates. Product & Program Execution: Ensure full implementation of promotional programs, new model launches, and display initiatives across all retail partners. Training & Advocacy: Conduct regular in-store product trainings, both group and one-on-one, to strengthen sales associates’ product knowledge and advocacy for the brands. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive activity, dealer inventory, pricing trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and leadership reporting. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure flawless program execution and alignment with corporate goals.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of field sales or account management experience, preferably in consumer electronics, appliances, or luxury goods. Experience working with independent retailers and distributors strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies High level of organization and attention to detail Comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally Preferred Qualifications: Must reside within the assigned territory (Greater Phoenix Metro Area) within close proximately to a major airport.
