Providing technical troubleshooting support by utilizing strong mechanical aptitude, laboratory experience, and industry knowledge to identify and resolve operational challenges. Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and refinery market conditions to support account growth, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. Communicating effectively with customers, leadership, and internal stakeholders through clear verbal and written communications while delivering technical recommendations and business solutions. Building long-term strategic relationships with customers by understanding their business requirements, providing account management support, and identifying sales opportunities.
