Project / Program Manager -Critical Projects

We are hiring a Project/Program Manager (IC3) to support the coordination, operating rhythm, and leadership visibility of our Critical Projects portfolio. This role will help ensure complex, cross-functional initiatives have clear ownership, current commitments, visible risks, and timely escalation when decisions are needed. The successful candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with technical teams and evolving priorities. They will help turn fast-moving work into clear plans, actionable updates, and decision-ready reporting. Engineering and action owners remain accountable for their commitments and status; the Project/Program Manager enables coordination, consistency, timely follow-through, and effective escalation.
