In this role, you will serve as a primary focal point for Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) compliance and U.S. Government-owned assets within Pratt & Whitney's custody. As a highly visible member of the organization, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement FIAR requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory standards, and government property accountability requirements. In partnership with Fleet Managers, PSPs, Warehouse Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders, the candidate will drive inventory accuracy, audit readiness, corrective action implementation, and continuous process improvement initiatives. This role will also leverage data analytics, reporting, and system enhancements to improve asset visibility, strengthen internal controls, and reduce compliance risk. What You Will Do

The Support Equipment FIAR & Inventory Compliance Specialist provides analytical, operational, and compliance support to the Support Equipment Manager (M4). The specialist helps maintain accurate inventory records, supports FIAR audit readiness activities, and ensures consistent execution of Government Property Management requirements across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Key Responsibilities

Support FIAR compliance activities by ensuring adherence to Government Property Management requirements, audit standards, and internal control procedures. Perform detailed analysis of SAP, SEAL, and related enterprise system data to identify inventory discrepancies, transactional errors, and compliance gaps; document issues and support corrective action implementation. Monitor and prepare reports on FIAR performance metrics, inventory accuracy indicators, and audit readiness status for review by the M4 manager and other stakeholders. Support execution of Support Equipment inventory accountability and FIAR compliance tasks across CONUS and OCONUS depot locations, ensuring consistent application of policies, procedures, and Government Property requirements. Maintain asset records, functional locations, equipment status updates, serviceability data, UNCO transactions, and EDEL processes to ensure accurate system representation of Government‑owned property in the Global Spares Pool
