The Workplace Business Partner (WBP) serves as the strategic link between Workplace Strategy & Site Operations (WSSO) and Adobe's business units, directing the development of workforce-informed location strategies that promote business growth, innovation, collaboration, and employee experience. This position integrates business collaboration, location strategy, and workplace expertise to make sure workplace investments correspond with shifting business priorities and upcoming ways of working. The Workplace Business Partner is tasked with formulating strategic recommendations, promoting agreement among partners, and representing business priorities during workplace planning, governance, and implementation efforts. Execution is carried out in collaboration with teams throughout WSSO. As Adobe develops within a technology-enhanced environment, this role predicts shifting business requirements and finds emerging workplace opportunities that foster organizational adaptability and long-term value creation.

What you'll do

The Workplace Business Partner holds responsibility for: Developing business-aligned location strategies and future-state recommendations. Transforming business priorities, workforce trends, and organizational changes into workplace and portfolio investment recommendations. Driving collaborator alignment on strategic workplace and location decisions. Establishing success criteria and targeted business results for workplace initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnership Build and maintain positive relationships with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, and key collaborators. Act as the main strategic point of contact between WSSO and designated business organizations. Understand business objectives, workforce strategies, organizational changes, and growth plans to assess implications for workplace, location, and portfolio decisions. Represent business objectives within WSSO and support alignment between organizational needs and workplace priorities. 2. Work Location Approach Conduct external market analysis and benchmarking to inform workforce distribution, evaluate location opportunities, and inform investment considerations. Build strategic recommendations for a workforce-informed location strategy aligned with business objectives. Develop strategic recommendations, and executive presentations for leadership review and approval. 3. Strategic Program Leadership Sponsor and guide workplace initiatives from strategy development through implementation partnering with GSO, GWE, and GWD to ensure business objectives are represented. Partner with functional experts across WSSO who own analytics, planning processes, programs, project delivery, and operations to develop aligned recommendations and drive successful outcomes. Provide business intelligence, workforce planning inputs, collaborator alignment, and strategic recommendations that inform governance and approval processes, including the Global Workplace Approval Committee (GWAC). Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts associated with workplace decisions. Represent designated business units in prioritizing workplace investments among competing organizational demands. 4. Change Management & Collaborator Engagement Lead collaborator engagement efforts related to work location strategy initiatives. Collaborate with Site Operation teams to communicate recommendations, rationale, and encouraged outcomes to business leaders and partners.
