HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT As a Regulatory (EMC) Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our hardware products meet global compliance standards while enabling efficient product development cycles. You will: Drive technical EMC compliance to meet global market, regulatory, and country-specific requirements Identify and mitigate compliance risks early in the design cycle, reducing late-stage failures Lead and contribute to EMC debugging, and mitigation strategies Perform and guide validation and compliance testing throughout the product development lifecycle Optimize compliance test strategies and costs while supporting aggressive time-to-market goals Partner with design teams to implement design-for-EMC best practices Collaborate with labs, cross-functional engineering teams, and external partners to ensure successful certification Why You’ll Love Working Here Work on industry-leading networking platforms deployed worldwide Be at the forefront of EMC compliance and regulatory engineering challenges Collaborate with highly skilled, global engineering teams Influence product quality, reliability, and time-to-market outcomes Grow your expertise in a technically rich and impactful domain About You Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline 3–5 years of experience in technical EMC compliance, preferably in a lab or product development environment Strong understanding of pre- and post-compliance processes, standards, and emerging regulatory requirements Hands-on experience with EMC testing, debugging, and mitigation techniques Experience supporting at least two new product introductions (NPI) with focus on EMC design and issue resolution Ability
