We are searching for the best talent for Associate Engineer- Injection Molding The Associate Engineer applies fundamental engineering skills to assist other engineers in the planning, development and design of processes, equipment, or facilities. Under direction of a functional manager, the Associate Engineer assists in the supervision of sub-contractors to ensure company and government specifications have been met. Evaluates current processes and equipment and makes recommendations to improve product quality, efficiency, yield and safety. Adheres to environmental policy, procedures, and supports department environmental objectives. Engages in Credo-based decision-making. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES Identify, plan and execute projects related to the development and design of processes, equipment and facilities. Assist with qualification of new equipment and with vendor and site acceptance testing. Assist in the preparation of equipment specifications, HECP, SOP, JSA, calibration and maintenance procedures. Interface with other departments of the organization to clarify requirements and objectives. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree - Engineering or equivalent technical degree, or equivalent relevant engineering experience 4-6+ years’ relevant engineering experience without a BS degree 0-2+ years’ engineering experience required with BS Degree 0-1+ years’ experience required with advanced technical degree Prior experience working for a Medical Device company preferred.
