Sr. Project Leader – Full Flow Power Modules, responsible for leading power module.

Key responsibilities in your new role Sr. Project Leader – Full Flow Power Modules, responsible for leading power module Be responsible for their success from the early feasibility phase to the starting of production: Lead power modules projects (IGBT/SiC MOSFET) according to customer specifications. Work together with experts in marketing and products definition & application to provide highly competitive solutions in shortest possible time. Project management: Build a strong international project team. Make project plan according to customer requirements, and proactively steer the project execution with good risk management. Deliver the right product to the customer in time, within budget and matching the required level of performance and quality. Interact with global production sites to ensure smooth production ramp. Lead the Electrical expert in project to define and perform electrical characterization of power modules. Generate product datasheets and test specifications. Review and release product datasheets and test specifications. Lead the mechanic and material experts in project to define and implement the package/material concept of power modules. Lead the quality experts in project to define and implement the qualification plan. Be the main contact person for all topics concerning projects.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You are the best equipped for this task if: Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical Electronics or Physics or similar fields. 1-5 years' engineering experience in project management, or 1-5years' experience in power electronics products design or application. Are proficient in Chinese and English language both in written and spoken. Communicate openly, clearly, and coherently. Think and act in a cooperative way and strengthen the team spirit. Working experience with distributed international teams would be a plus. Below technical knowledge would be a plus Solid knowledge about module design and interconnect technologies. Solid knowhow about power electronics device physics (IGBT, SiC etc.), electrical parameters, device physical trade-offs etc. Have good technical understanding of power electronics application. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
