Job Purpose
Equipment Service Technician responsible for maintaining of equipment. This includes responding to equipment emergency downtime, troubleshooting for root cause and repair as needed.
Key Accountabilities
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair: Robots, Servo Systems, Electrical Systems, Automated Machinery and Mechanical Systems
• Interpret electrical, mechanical and hydraulic prints
• Complete assigned work orders and support production members in achieving the lines run rate efficiency
• Document daily (all) activity and information in Equipment Management Systems (Maximo)
• Support weekend preventative maintenance, repair and plant shutdown activities as well as new equipment installations and equipment modifications
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Minimum Educational Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two-year degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial) or equivalent equipment maintenance experience
Minimum Experience
• Preferred 3 months of relevant experience
Other Job-Specific Skills
• Problem analysis skills, Robots, Servo Systems, Electrical Systems, Automated Machinery and Mechanical Systems, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word). Time management
Working Conditions

• Potential 5-10 hours overtime per week possible
• Weekend and Holiday work may be required
• Travel 2-3 weeks for training or other equipment issues
• 90% Standing vs sitting
• Moderate lifting may be required
• 16 hr. Preventive maintenance weekend overtime avg. per month
