Lead and advance pricing tools within Gorilla Glass to ensure a design that is sustainable given Gorilla Glass’ inherent business model complexity and future growth expectations Perform scenario analyses to understand the financial and commercial impact of potential changes Analyze market trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to adjust pricing strategies effectively. Build set of recommendations through strong analytical work in order to improve Gorilla Glass price and market position

Lead long-term strategic projects related to the improvement of our global pricing Work closely with forecasting team to define budget and 5-year plan, identify key market drivers and suggest strategy to maximize our share, revenue and margin Monitor pricing performance and conduct regular reviews to assess the impact of pricing strategies on revenue and profitability. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, outlining pricing performance and recommendations for improvement.

Lead alignment with account teams on pricing execution and contract negotiation strategy, based on portfolio pricing analysis Present the key findings to the business leadership and drive the approval process on specific negotiation actions Ensure pricing strategies comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. Implement and maintain pricing governance frameworks to manage pricing approvals and escalations.

Work closely with sales, product line management, forecasting, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business goals Provide pricing guidance and support to regional sales and product management teams during contract negotiations and customer engagements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, a technical discipline, or a related field. 3+ years of commercial experience Strong business acumen and analytical skills, ability to dig into detail, manage complexity and drive decision making Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and
