Director 2, Healthcare Technology Management

Sodexo's growing Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Division is seeking a strategic, results-driven Sr. Director, Healthcare Technology Management to lead our partnership with University Hospitals Health System.   This executive leadership role is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and strategic performance of one of Sodexo's premier healthcare technology management accounts.

You will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity readiness while collaborating closely with clinical teams and mentoring colleagues. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management. Pay Range:   $115940  -  $150040  Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary What’s in it for you Perform advanced inspection, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and maintenance of diagnostic imaging and therapeutic radiation equipment. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support safety initiatives, documentation, and audit readiness. Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to staff, fostering professional development and consistent performance. Collaborate with clinical teams to identify and resolve technology-related issues impacting patient care and workflow. Lead or contribute to cybersecurity efforts including risk assessment, incident response, strategy implementation, and compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission. Manage operational and fiscal responsibilities, including purchasing, resource planning, customer relations, and support of business development activities. What you’ll bring Financial acumen to manage complex healthcare technology operations and drive results. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders. Proven problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance with experience leading audits, remediation, and staff development.

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Management Experience – 5 years Functional Experience - 5 years in maintenance and repair of clinical devices.
