We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.   Partner with the best As a Mud Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting tests to adjust fluid properties, collaborating with the drilling team, managing fluid-related costs, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.  As a Field Specialist (Mud Engineer ), you will be responsible for: As a Mud Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting tests to adjust fluid properties, collaborating with the drilling team, managing fluid-related costs, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.    You will be responsible for: Providing onsite services by measuring, testing, and supervising the running of fluid mixing and pumping, including technical analysis and specific recommendations for controlling fluid properties. May make sales calls on the field and field office level or accompany Sales Representative performing the same function. May train and direct work of entry level engineers. Conducts all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal, Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values. To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor’s degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mud Engineer working at the rig site. Have the flexibility to work rotation working schedule at the rig site based on business needs The Baker Hughes internal title for this role is: FIELD SPEC II - FLD
