The Opportunity We’re looking for incumbents who is responsible for the timeliness and quality of the work as per project requirements for our FAAS team and possess strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge. The role requires prior experience and knowledge of advisory services including accounting and regulatory support for GAAP conversion, implementation, and related services. Your Key Responsibilities •    Manage quality of service delivery. •    Ensure quality in delivering client service by directing daily progress of fieldwork, informing Supervisors of engagement status. •    Follow through on client requests in a timely fashion and manage expectations regarding the timing of deliverables and reports. •    Apply independent and objective professional judgment in applying accounting standards to meet engagement expectations, including regulatory requirements. •    Demonstrate a good understanding of accounting concepts; stay informed of professional standards and firm policies (e.g., guidelines of the EY FAAS Policy Manual); and effectively apply this knowledge to moderately difficult and/or complex client situations. •    Preparation of underlying materials as well as leading/participation in client workshops. •    Co-ordinating activities between small teams on projects to deliver tasks, including providing guidance and feedback to junior team members.  •    Undertaking practice development activities including contributing to thought leadership pieces, running industry events, delivering training, or managing team communications. •    Developing strong internal and external networks for long term relationships, managing EY
